February 2016 – Joint Venture with Lekir Energy SA in renewable energy sector in Germany. This synergy of two core companies will support the biomass renewable energy and heat plants facility for competitive sustainable, and profitable for energy industry. This joint venture (JV) base on two units on existing operational power plant by Naturliche Energien GmBH, which is later will be consider increasing number of units under this ‘New Operating Company’.
